The Road
The Road the lastest novel by Cormac McCarthy which tells the post apocalyptic tale of a father and son traveling down a road after a major nuclear? Disaster and encountering horrors of humanity has just been picked up by Hallmark films in time for Holiday Cheer, No, actually it will be brought to the big screen guts n all by director John Hillcoat who directed the Nick Cave penned screenplay the Proposition. I haven't read this book, but my wife has. She said it was good not great, and of course very depressing and a bit scary. It's a short book, she read it in one day!
